The Tashkent Experimental Mechanical Excavation Repair Plant was founded in 1955 and was the main production unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The plant produces excavators, reclamation equipment, drainage pipes not only for collective farms in the agricultural sector of the republic, but also for all the republics of the former USSR. Supply of mobile buildings, heavy trailers, various augers, non-standard equipment and other industrial products.
From the first days of independence until the early 2000s, the plant continued to manufacture and supply the necessary reclamation equipment for agricultural and water management systems of the republic. At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan promotes the development of agriculture, the introduction of innovations in the cultivation of cotton, wheat and other crops, the purchase of many new machines, tractors and other equipment, as well as raw materials supplied to the plant from Russia and other republics. and as a result of the depletion of materials, machine production at the plant gradually decreased.
The Tashkent Experimental Mechanical Excavation Repair Plant was transformed into OJSC SUVSANOATMASH by order of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 709-rr of August 28, 2003.
The company has 3,127,726 shares in the amount of 3,127,726 shares at face value:

In 1991, the plant produced 200 complete parts of the excavator and 500 moving buildings, and in 2011 the plant produced only 5 moving buildings, which led to the cessation of production of excavator parts.Given the financial and economic activities of Suvsanoatmash in 2017, due to the difficult situation, including a sharp decrease in production volumes, outdated and physically obsolete production equipment, the enterprise as a whole is on the verge of bankruptcy. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 18, 2012 No. PF-5044, SUVSANOATMASH JSC was transferred to the system of JSC Uzbekhydroenergo.According to this Decree, the state block of shares of the company is 99.19%, 3 102 279 000 (three billion one hundred two million two hundred seventy nine thousand) soums or 3 103 279 ordinary registered shares of Uzbekhydroenergo. to form a fund.

In order to comply with the requirements of Decree PF-5044, the sole shareholder of all ordinary shares of the company was approved by a decision of November 30, 2017. The recently revised Charter of the Company was re-registered on December 20, 2017 under the number 509356 in the ONLY CENTER for providing single-window services for enterprises in the Almazar District, Tashkent Department of Justice.
The authorized capital of the Company is 7 603 754 000 soums and consists of 7 603 754 shares with a par value of 1000 soums, of which: 99.67% of the authorized capital of the Company, 7 578 307 000 (seven billion five hundred seventy eight million three hundred and seven thousand) or 7,558,307 (seven million five hundred seventy eight thousand three hundred seven) ordinary shares of Uzbekhydroenergo OJSC with a par value of 1,000 (one thousand) soums each. 0.33% 25,447,000 (twenty five million four hundred forty seven thousand) amounts or
